delete your account, we are here to assist you.
How to Request Account Deletion
Please follow these steps to permanently delete your Nimbzo account:
- Open your email client.
- Compose a new email to [email protected].
- Use the subject line: Delete Account.
- Send the email from the address associated with your Nimbzo account so we can
verify your identity.
Data Deletion & Retention Policy
We believe in transparency regarding your data. Here is what happens when you request deletion:
- Deleted Data: Your account profile, personal information, travel plans, social posts,
comments, and connection history will be permanently removed from our active databases.
- Retained Data: We may retain correspondence relating to your deletion request for our
administrative records. Some anonymized, non-personal usage data may be retained for analytical purposes
to improve our service.
- Retention Period: We process all valid deletion requests within 7
days. Once processed, your data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
