What it does — and what it doesn't
Your PDF is decoded in your browser using the @cantoo/pdf-lib library (MIT license). Page configuration changes — rotations, reordering, deletions — are applied entirely in browser memory. The modified document is re-assembled and downloaded to your device. No data is ever sent to a server.
Limits and browser boundaries
- Maximum recommended PDF size: 100 MB.
- Encrypted or password-protected PDFs cannot be processed.
- At least one page must remain in the document.
Verified Test Lab Measurements

Frequently asked questions
Is the PDF uploaded to a server?
No. Every operation runs inside your browser tab. Your PDF is read into browser memory, modified locally by the @cantoo/pdf-lib library, and downloaded back to your device. Zero bytes of file data are transmitted to any server.
Can I rotate individual pages instead of the whole document?
Yes. Each page in the list has its own Rotate Left (-90°) and Rotate Right (+90°) buttons. You can also use the batch "Rotate All Left" or "Rotate All Right" buttons to apply a rotation to every page at once.
How do I reorder pages?
Each page row has Up and Down arrow buttons. Click them to shift a page one position at a time. The page list updates instantly so you can see the new order before you save.
Can I delete pages I do not need?
Yes. Every page row has a Delete (×) button. Pages are removed immediately from the working list. The tool always keeps at least one page to produce a valid PDF.
What happens with an encrypted or password-protected PDF?
The tool displays a clear error message explaining that the document is password-protected or encrypted and cannot be processed. No partial output is produced.
How fast is the processing?
In our verified test lab, a 4-page PDF (981 bytes) with a page reorder, two rotations (90° and 180°), and one page deletion was processed to a 3-page, 903-byte output PDF in 12 milliseconds with zero network requests.
